We’re excited to announce our Pittsburgh and North Pittsburgh offices were recently named to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette’s list of Top Workplaces in 2019! The honor celebrates companies in the Pittsburgh region that have employees who feel valued and proud to work for their organization.

Open Systems Healthcare Pittsburgh ranked #7 on the list out of a total of 90 companies and organizations. Results were based on surveys filled out by our internal employees and caregivers.

Our Pittsburgh teams set the bar high! We’re continually impressed by the incredible performance of our offices and their commitment to building and maintaining a welcoming environment. This award speaks directly to the positive cultures in our Pittsburgh and Pittsburgh North offices who support and challenge each other to improve and reach their goals.

In addition, OSH Pittsburgh and Pittsburgh North received a special award at the Top Workplaces ceremony on August 22nd. Known as the “Clued in Senior Management” award, it recognizes organizations where employees feel like their managers have a thorough understanding of what’s happening from a higher, corporate level. Our executives and managers in this region are exceptional in translating larger objectives into actionable steps for our teams.
