CSRs are the backbone of our branch offices. Every day is full of challenges and we look for individuals who view those challenges as a stepping stone in their career

Facilitate the day to day operations of the branch office including but not limited to, staffing and scheduling caregivers, customer service, human resources, and support for the clinical team, if applicable. Responsible for assisting in branch staffing via providing customer service, fielding incoming calls, ensuring client satisfaction.

You will be integral to our business development process. Every day you will oversee the onboarding of all caregiving staff while following our very extensive list of policies and procedures.

Responsible for assisting in and supporting the day to day operations of Open Systems Healthcare by providing general support to areas including but not limited to; sales, payroll, human resources, recruiting, payroll, marketing, support for the clinical team.
