Direct Support Professionals empower people living with intellectual or developmental disabilities to take on life safely with confidence.
Our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) work with our Open Systems Behavioral Health (OSBH) team to deliver direct personal care to those living with intellectual or developmental disabilities. DSPs are attentive to detail and diligent in their work to implement the consumer’s plan of care, and our OSBH team is there to support you at every step. You can count on our team to ensure you are compatible and comfortable with your consumer and their family, and we’re continually making improvements as needed to ensure the best experience for you and the best care for your consumer.
DSPs help these individuals participate in community-based programs, acquire and advance skills, model appropriate behaviors, and train and educate family members to strengthen the consumer’s support system.
We hire DSPs on a part-time and full-time basis. When you pursue a career with OSH, you’re joining a team invested in your professional growth and supportive of your goals.
